Comments: At the recruitment stage, K&L Microwave was told this employee would be limited in scope, however, after being placed in employment, this employee proved he could do so much more. Since beginning his career as simply a wire cutter, his job expanded to assembly, which involved soldering skills, to a product equipment operator which includes training others.

Comments: As a job candidate, many felt this individual may not be the best candidate from the labor pool available. This individual was trained, proved he could do the work, and was then hired. He is currently successful in his work wrapping wire coil and soldering.
